I'm running latest version of Remote and The Pinball on 10.6.3.
iPhone 3.1.3 (NOT jailbroken)
I have the same problem on moth an iMac and a MBP.
Both have been paired with my iPhone.

I could connect only three of four times with wifi.
99% it's just 'lost connection - either the server shut down or network connection broken".
or "you should connect your mac and iphone/ipod on the same wifi network"
I'm a big fan, i have all the iPhone tables, as well as the HD version for iPad.
I'd like to get that working 100%, i even bought "the deep" table.

I'm available for additional testing.
