Had to buy Snow Pinball after Da Vinci was so good. So I'm just getting going on it. But I got a multiball and all 3 of the balls ended up on the big U shaped ramp and the game crashed and quit (when I came back there was no multiball). Part of what was going on when it happened was one ball caught up with another one and bumped.
