Ok, to start with, I love this game. I've been a pinball player for 30 years, and this is the best pinball simulation I've ever played. I've only been playing it a week or two, and I've had a few problems with it, and thought I'd mention them here.
The ball gets stuck. I've seen some other people mention this here, but I've experienced the ball getting stuck in the "compass" area behind the Shaman. Basically, I'll get it to open, where normally the ball will get pulled in there by "magnets" and then shot back out at the short tikis. Sometimes, though, the ball goes in there and never comes back out again. I can move it around a bit by shaking my tablet, but I've never gotten it back out. It would be nice if, like a real pinball table, after a period of inactivity the game would "search" the board for the ball until it's dislodged. As it is, I'm forced to restart the game.
Every now and then the ball will go down the middle drain between the flippers, and the game won't seem to realize it. All I can do is restart the game.
I've twice now scored close to 20 million only to have the game not record my score. The next game I play where I score in the range of my personal top 10 reveals that my highest scores aren't in there with the rest of them.
Today I "earned" the golden ball for the first time, only to find the game didn't release it. The silver ball went into the Opened area behind the Shaman, the gold ball disappeared from the middle of the maze, only to reappear at its original position at the top of the maze, and then the game didn't give me another ball to play with. Again, all I could do was restart the game. Most frustrating.
It would be nice if I could choose to just see the entire board all the time without it panning and changing perspective. Not sure if all the panning and shifting is supposed to be helpful for those using a phone rather than a tablet, but all it does is mess me up. Two nights ago in the middle of a game it suddenly stopped doing that. For three consecutive games I was blissfully unperturbed by any perspective shifting or panning of the game board. Then I quit for the night and when I next played it was back to messing with me again, and I was unable to reproduce the static board again.
Thanks for listening! I still enjoy the game, but as I get better at it, these things could prove to be deal breakers.

Thanks for the feedback -- we'll add those problems to our list for testing.
Regarding panning/perspective, do you know about the various camera angles? You can switch these on a touch device by swiping both sides: http://gameprom.com/pages/171 One the Mac version you can change views by pressing the C key.

I should have mentioned: I'm playing on an Asus Transformer (Android/Honeycomb)

Sweet! I knew it must have been something I did, but for the life of me couldn't figure out what it was! Thanks.

Thanks for the device info -- that's always good to know when we try to pinpoint odd behavior. Glad that the camera advice is helpful, hope it makes the game even more enjoyable.
