I just purchased this game and it is great. However, on a couple of occasions during multi ball one of the balls gets stuck Once it was stuck behind the branch that closes off the Key ramp and the other time was to the right of the Tikis but left of the ramp by the upper right flipper. There is no way to save the game when they get stuck. Even a tilt does not release them. Thanks.

Have you seen this problem recur in later releases?

My cousin had a ball stuck behind a branch once and he quit climbing trees.

I've had this happen. One time the ball was stuck above the leaf that acts as the gate to the KEY ramp. The most recent one was a ball that went airborne and landed back in the plunger chute; the leaf that closes off the plunger chute will not open to allow the ball to be launched back into play.
