I've had the catapult open to receive the ball, have had the ball land into it, then not have the catapult shoot the ball out, it stays stuck in there, on rare occasions. Only workarounds I can find is to shake the iPhone like mad to get it out (hoping not to tilt) or quit the app, restart, then restart the game, but that ends the tilt feature working...

Have had the same issue. Found that leaving game then resuming gets the ball going.

I concur with Seattlepilot on the workaround: Quitting and resuming fixed this the only time I ran into it.
